Section 1 – Bridesmaids Dresses

If you wish to return or exchange any ready-made item(s) you have purchased, please notify us through our website by filling in the returns form below. You will need to return the item(s) via post within 14 days from the date of delivery. There will be a $15 administration fee charged which will be deducted from the refunded amount. The refunded amount does not include the shipping fee. Original postage costs will not be reimbursed, nor will return postage costs, unless the item(s) are faulty or not as ordered. In this instance, postage will be incurred by Baby’s Breath Bridesmaids and there will be no administration fee.

We encourage you to return your parcel via registered or traceable postal services as all returned parcels remain the responsibility of the purchaser until received by Baby’s Breath Bridesmaids.

Items can only be exchanged for the same value as the purchase price of the item being returned. If the alternative size or colour is no longer available, provided all the Returns Policy Conditions are met, a refund will be provided to you.

Sales/discounted, made to order, custom made and pre-order items cannot be returned or cancelled, so please decide and choose the colour and size carefully before completing the purchase. If the goods are faulty we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act to provide a remedy. Please contact us if you have any queries regarding this.

Returns Policy Conditions

We will exchange or refund your item provided that:

  • Item(s) are ready-made styles
  • Item (s) are NOT made to order, pre-order or/and custom made.
  • You return the item within 14 days (inclusive) from the tracked date of delivery
  • You produce your original Baby’s Breath Bridesmaids invoice (receipt) when you return the item
  • The item is in original saleable condition:
    – With all original tags and any sewn labels still attached
    – In an unworn and unwashed state
  • No odour of perfume/deodorant or equivalent and/or marks (make-up etc). Please take due care when trying on your order
  • A returns form is completed and accompanies your returning item(s)

If you are not able to comply with these requirements, Baby’s Breath Bridesmaids reserves the right to refuse an exchange or refund on change of mind items. Baby’s Breath Bridesmaids will not accept a bank statement as proof of purchase. Please allow 2-4 weeks for us to process your returns.

If you wish to return or exchange any robe(s) you have purchased, please notify us through our website by filling in the returns form below. You will need to return the item(s) via post within 14 days from the date of delivery. There will be a $15 administration fee charged which will be deducted from the refunded amount.
