Baby’s Breath Bridesmaids (“BBB”) endeavours to ship all in-stock items within 2-3 business days of receipt of payment. Orders placed on a Friday will be processed and dispatched the following Monday or the next business day if Monday is a public holiday. If you require the dress(es) urgently, we can prioritise your order (dispatched the next business day) and send through an overnight courier (tracked and signature) for a fee of $30. Note, for the purpose of delivery targets, the day on which an order is completed before 5:00 pm is day zero. If the order is completed on a weekend or public holiday, day zero will be the next working day.
Please allow for 8-12 weeks for delivery of all made to order items. Once the dress(s) has arrived, it will be mailed using courier. If you require an overnight courier, please select the Prioritised Order shipping option upon checkout. We are able to offer a 4 to 6 weeks express delivery option (March to December) at a cost of $50 per dress. Once the dress(es) has arrived, it will be mailed as a Prioritised Order without any additional charge. So do not select Prioritised Order under shipping. We are currently unable to provide express delivery during the peak wedding season that is in the month of January and February. We do apologies for the inconvenience.
The request for Actual Wedding/Event Date and Date Dresses are Required upon checkout are used as information to aid with our business operation. It does not constitute an agreement for the dress(es) delivery date. You are solely responsible to ensure the right delivery option is selected upon ordering the dress(es).
Colour swatches are sent using Standard Post without tracking. If tracking is desired, there is a fee of $4.
Our Try-at-Home service is free but in order to keep this service viable, we do ask that a $25 fee be paid to cover send and return freight. Sample dresses are dispatch on Monday, Wednesday and Friday subject to availability. Orders placed over the weekend will be sent on Wednesday.
BBB will send you an email once your parcel has been dispatched and a tracking number will be provided in this email.

¹Please note delivery targets are guidelines only and there is no guarantee that your item will reach its destination within the delivery target. For deliveries to outside major towns and cities, rural or remote areas and during peak seasonal periods (particularly the November/December Christmas period) delivery timeframes are longer.

* Due to transport schedules, the delivery target from these towns to particular other major towns and cities on some days is two (2) working days.
OVERSEAS ORDERS
We currently ship to Australia, UK and the USA. If you are outside of these countries and interested in our product, do get in touch with us.
Purchased items are shipped via NZ Post International Courier (tracking and signature required on delivery). Delivery target is 2-6 working days from the date of dispatch. Please note delivery target is a guide only. Unforeseen delays, strikes, and custom processing times are out of our control.
Please note that all orders are processed in NZD, you will check out using NZD.
Any customs charges and taxes are payable by the receiver. BBB is not responsible for any charges incurred for shipping orders internationally. For more information on customs charges please contact your customs authority.
Please ensure that the delivery postal address provided at check-out is the correct address as BBB cannot take responsibility if you do not receive your parcel due to incorrect entry of address at check-out.
